I had a good look for this for you and I can't find it anywhere. There is a user with the files in Soulseek, but the files don't repair using pyrescene's retag tool. I think you might have a long wait to find this. There are P2P FLAC releases easily available on Soulseek and NZBKing of the 2002 remaster.

Okay. I found the FLAC release of the 2002 remaster, and then I examined the srs files from srrDB.

The srs files told me that album was encoded by JAH with LAME 3.92.
I took a look at another scene release by JAH from a similar time and checked the encoding flags with eyeD3 and this told me:

I downloaded and compiled this version of lame 3.92 on Linux and set about encoding the flac files to mp3.

As you can see, I came extremely close to matching the filesize of '01-burning_spear-hail_him-jah.mp3' which should be '6,140,992' bytes. However, it is still not the right size and it is not possible to restore the tags with retag.py.

That's enough fucking around for me.
