just lucky, another forum closed. there are a couple of decent users here.
maybe the admins of this forum will start doing something better.

for example EOS or ER or even rAv etc are fine yes

but i dont think it should automatically apply to all non-scene groups releases

See, it's not so obvious. What's funny, you gave quite extreme examples... ER - IRC group active 20 years ago, EOS - starting similarly, but over the years joined to the scene and due to the number and quality of their rels they are quite respected + rAv - my buddy (he even has an account here, but rarely uses)

In my opinion, if we created such a section, it would only make sense for all nonscene rels that meet the basic requirements - having the correct name and dir structure and at least nfo and sfv files. Also it's definitely worth rethinking separation of all audio sections into MP3 and FLAC. I'm sure it can make browsing the forum a lot easier.

And I think no poll makes sense, cause its result is known in advance. The "SCENE ONLY" rule is from the beginning of this forum and was introduced by the admin, so only @euphoricvocals can change it. Everything depends on him.

But if the topic of changes in the forum returned, then I've long thought that the first change we should make is to hide all dl links and visible only after thanking. There are more and more leeches and all those who give their time to help others should at least see for whom they are doing it.

Anyway, I'll never understand how much effort it takes for some people to make one click before downloading, in exchange for someone else's time to add rls. And I'm not talking about REQ authors, but about all the rest that use added links. Don't you understand that without uploaders this forum will die and it's in your interest that they still want to be active?
