Why does most people here have more than 5 open requests?

Seems like it's a good thing this rule is slightly relaxed? A lot of the people requesting are asking for things that are nearly impossible to find, especially old foreign releases. If you're waiting weeks or months and it's still not filled but you can't request anything else that kinda sucks.

This is a situation im currently facing. I do have several requests open (mostly some SAT Rips), but noone seems to be able to fill those requests. That is the reason im not able to create new requests. Sadly it seems that i will not be able to file another request as long as the old ones dont get filled.

i just thought as the rules were that present that they are strictly enforced.

pehaps this can be done programmitically.
like it's ok to create more than 5 threads without an answer if there is no reply or they aren't moven in a given timespan.
