Stolen from P2P - Scene status

I've been collecting A State of Trance radioshow episodes. So scene group TALiON covers most of the episodes however in older releases under TALiON_INT predb states 4 of these are stolen from P2P_TT. [External Link Removed for Guests] - [External Link Removed for Guests] - [External Link Removed for Guests] - [External Link Removed for Guests]
My question; are these files available somewhere under TALiON_INT tag and am I allowed to request here?

Weird how they claim it's stolen from TT.

Completely different sizes.

Not even close ... unsure why they were nuked with that reason.
Some older NUKES are bizarre, the early WEB releases from ENTiTLED are nuked as dupes for the CD rips ... go figure.

Because the rules focus on source quality instead of rip quality where duping is concerned, and CD supersedes WEB as a source, yes?

It does not.
Vinyl, CD and WEB are completely different sources in the current scene.
They all live together and are not dupes of each other.
Maybe a few years ago it was different ... I dunno.

It's source priority based - CD can dupe WEB, but not the other way around.

WEB after CD is not allowed unless it has different or more tracks.

1.3. Releases from a source of higher quality are allowed to be released
after a release of lower quality.
Quality levels:
9) digital, lossless CDDA - CD, CDR
8) digital, lossless - DVDA, DAT, SACD
7) digital, lossless or untouched - WEB, FLASH, MP3CD
6) digital, lossless or lossy - DVD, DVDR, BD, BDR, HDDVD, HDDVDR
5) analog vinyl - VINYL
4) analog tape - TAPE
3) live direct recording - LINE
2) live broadcasted, MD - SBD, CABLE, SAT, DAB, FM, DVBS, DVBC, DVBT, SBD, MD
1) live mic recording - AUD
Exception: physical after WEB/FLASH (see section 1.5)
