I doubt it,
Bitrate : 256kbps ? Don't think that was a thing under the normal rules back then.
All the 256kbps rels back then were -INTernal.
I could be wrong, someone confirm?

I think it's non-scene, nfo generated from Music NFO Builder, and 320 kbps bitrate

Here's just nfo to check - [External Link Removed for Guests]

Another one for the list: RRT
Example: Gordon_Garro_-_Higher-(SAR027)-WEB-2021-RRT

In the nfo ascii art it says "Russian Nonscene Mp3 Group"

RMG was a non-scene internal group that ripped hip-hop albums for distribution in their IRC channel. I used to go to their channel and I knew some of the members. [External Link Removed for Guests]

Much like the related group VMA there are exceptions to this rule as they state here. The primary function of the group is to rip old albums that are dupes of previous scene releases but if they had something new they would pre it. I don't know how things like this should be handled here

I don't think BRiO mp3 releases qualify as scene.
[External Link Removed for Guests]
None of their mp3 releases come with nfo/sfv/m3u as required by scene standards.
File naming is all over the place (some follow scene standards, some are just amateur hour).
It appears CDs are encoded to mp3-320 which is against all scene rules (unless it's _INT)
The dir naming is incorrect, 2015? The CD is from 2001, 2015 must be the year they ripped it. Once again not following scene rules.

Their 2 DVDr rels on srrdb look like the closest to a proper scene release, even tho 1 is a custom swedish sub build from a scene rel...
Looking on PREDB it appears they have a long list of DVDR/SVCD rels.

I still think their MP3 releases do not quality as scene releases.

My 2 cents.

The whole difference is that the Scene checks every release, and you just get it!!!! For example! I bought an electronic album, I will break my head about the release. But I will do as I see fit. I am the scene. My release. And then what? Personally, I use the scene, for the sake of old releases. My HDD is shit, of course I would collect more releases!!!

DNR, EOS - int groups!

HRDT
[External Link Removed for Guests]
Both MP3 and WEB-FLAC releases.

Scene-like but p2p? Only seeing their rels pop-up on private source(s).
1600+ rels in the last 2 days. Someone's turned the upload bot to 11 ;)
Plenty of them on srrdb, seems they are auto added as they are uploaded now.
No sign of them on PREDB, which gives me confidence this is not a scene group.

Interesting to know where these are actually coming from or what HRDT stands for, it's not explained in the nfo.
Any info is helpful.

I think you can also add FADA to the list.
