What are the requests on the main Euphoric Vocals domain homepage?

When navigating to the main homepage for this domain (
https://euphoricvocals.com), I've noticed that besides links that take you to this forum there are also several pages of grouped requests. Does anybody by any chance know what these are for - are these requests that the admin has asked to be filled if possible?
