I can conclude the real one is:
Cygnus_X_-_The_Orange_Theme-CDM-1999-TCLUB
Because of the ID3 tags aren't missing in this one - besides track 7

CRC also matches with 2001 SFV in the rar... not to mention there is
NO WAY TCLUB rls from 99/00 would have ID3v2
and as annoying as it can be, many groups in late 90s used smallcaps throughout lol
some people leave it be, others edit it
