1) sorry about that, as i was thought, you was late to see that comment posted by astra, because i deleted for reason as "SPAM"

2) he was already BANNED 1 time for a long period and recently get 1 big WARNING from Admin

PS: as you can see this guy was posting rubbish comments in the main chat.
